The in-between-waves curios don't work with any provisions at all (at least none of the ones I saw did, I tried a full set of provisions on each curio and got the this-won't-work message, but I haven't seen all the curios yet for sure). Flexibility is key.ĭon't waste a bunch of money on provisions. Don't build Manor comps like you would for anywhere else. The more each character can do in the party, the better off the whole party will be. They're very fragile and easy to kill quickly. The crystals not only provide that little bit of healing, but they also count as kills to progress the wave meter. The bomb crystals show up from corpses, and DoT deaths don't leave a corpse. On a related note, try not to let enemies die from a DoT if you can feasibly avoid it. The person who kills them gets a small heal out of it, so they are a nice way to give someone a little boost - and that heal can crit which also helps with stress. ![]() This was working on a finished-the-game Hamlet, so I had a set of endgame trinkets which you wouldn't probably have full access to at this point in a normal playthrough, but in a normal playthrough I also would go into this fight with level 4s and not level 3s, so it balances out.īe sure you're destroying the crystals quickly or they explode and they hurt real bad. While the Miller quest isn't EXACTLY endless mode, the mechanic of new monsters showing up is how endless works. With the blight/stun padlock, the Abom was able to barf on everything and blight them, I never bothered to transform him. Vestal, Highwayman, Abomination, Hellion. I grabbed a semi-random bunch of level 3s (2 straight out of the stagecoach) and killed the Miller pretty easily. ![]()
